Dean has oversight of the strategic and operational management for HireResources. His management scope includes recruitment and account operations for all the HireResources business units. Relationships matter to Dean, and his ability to develop and build ongoing relationships with clients and candidates speaks volumes about his integrity, quality, and motivation. Over the past two decades, Dean has mastered what it means to be the “right fit” and has successfully managed several thousand searches for companies of all sizes, from startups to Fortune 500.

Dean continues his passion for providing a valuable service to all his clients, by now overseeing the recruitment operations for HireResources a Tailored Solutions Company.

 

Outside of his work, Dean enjoys spending time with his wife and sons – mountain biking, ATVing, and talking around the fire.

Kevin N. McMahon, MBA, CPRW

Kevin’s strategic thinking and ability to cultivate lasting relationships makes him a natural leader. Working collaboratively with individuals and corporations, he taps into passion behind performance and matches talent with leadership opportunities to help teams ignite and maintain excitement and enthusiasm.

 

With an MBA from the University of Connecticut and a background in fostering talent, Kevin has worked with major corporate business sectors as well as non-profit organizations. He is also a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) and member of the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches. His wide range of experiences gives him a unique perspective on how to effectively optimize aptitude and inspire success.

 

 

John R. Stalzer
Managing Partner

John is an experienced Business Director, Executive, successful Consultant, and  Entrepreneur, with a richly honed career specializing in the ever-evolving Healthcare marketplace.  John has held key leadership roles with several highly innovative firms operating throughout the New York metropolitan region.  His varied knowledge base and responsibilities include significant depth and range, together with a results driven approach, and a creative client focused vision, while always offering and supplying tangible value and desirable outcomes. Upon graduating from St. John’s University with a degree in Healthcare Administration, he immediately entered the industry during its' advent of automation, emerging reimbursement models, and the ongoing myriad of continuous regulatory change still prevalent in this challenging marketplace.

Mr. Stalzer is a recipient of the Follmer Bronze, Reeves Silver, and Muncie Gold Merit Awards presented by the NY Metropolitan Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

 

Patrick Brady
Vice President SW Region


Patrick is an accomplished senior Human Resources leader who has a strong fifteen years history of successfully building excellent relationships with all levels of management and with employees.  He has been involved in attracting and retaining outstanding talent for emerging companies as well as for established multi-site organizations. His interactions with senior leaders and hiring managers are focused on finding the right person for the job, including developing comprehensive job descriptions and specifications.  Patrick is  skilled in identifying the right candidates with the requisite abilities and experience for the job at hand.  With his ability to explain the job and the working environment, candidates are comfortable working with him to explore new possibilities and roles. A true business partner, Patrick has contributed to the success of diverse organizations including start-up and large companies in various industries: technical consulting, semiconductors, multi-location retail, energy and  outsourcing. He builds upon this background to understand the client’s business model and hiring processes.
 

Michele Caporaso
Lead Sourcing and Development

 

Michele has over 20 years of business experience. The majority of roles were based out of large corporations, where she quickly learned that to be successful you must first be passionate. Michele has a drive to help individuals obtain their professional ambitions, and helps to foster success by understanding their main objectives and long term goals.

 

With a Bachelor's degree major in Psychology, and minor in Communications from Central Connecticut State University, she has the people skills needed that enable her to be successful in working with individuals at all levels. She enjoys engaging with each individual and building lasting relationships that match talent with market place demand.
