Submitting Candidates:

 

Directly to a client:

  • When submitting a candidate to a client you will need to do a nice candidate write-up to include.

    • An introduction

    • Reasons you think the candidate is a good match for the role

    • Background highlights

    • Compensation requirements

    • Attach updated watermarked resume

 

To another Member:

  • When submitting a candidate to another HireResource Member you will need to do a nice candidate write-up to include. (Same as a direct client submit)

  • When the job holding member receives your write up it should be just as complete as if you were sending it directly to the client!

    • An introduction

    • Reasons you think the candidate is a good match for the role

    • Background highlights

    • Compensation requirements

    • Attach updated watermarked resume

 

All submissions are done through our ATS (Bullhorn) system. Never submit anyone directly from your email. If you have questions on how to perform this through Bullhorn, ask you supporting Member.

 

Breakdown of the candidate write-up:

 

I would like to introduce you to jane Smith for the Dev Ops role at Microsoft, her background is a strong match for the following reason:

  • 8-year tenure in her current role at Company Name

  • 15 years’ experience in supporting Dev Ops

  • Impressive accomplishments as ….

  • Resides only 15 miles from your location or is relocatable

  • She holds an MBA and BS in Technology from the University of XYZ

  • Jane is looking for 150 to consider making a move

Resume is attached for your review and consideration

 

               The write up can either be in bullet format or written out in paragraph form but should hit on all the above points.
