Dean Heinrich develops and implements the strategic vision and operational processes necessary to facilitate HireResources’ growth. He is responsible for overseeing company operations and Membership expansion and is passionate about helping others achieve success in business. Dean believes that building a strong foundation based on ethical business practices is critical for a business to succeed. 

As both an executive and entrepreneur, Dean Heinrich has demonstrated an exceptional understanding of the essential pieces that make an organization thrive. His career has included a number of start-up ventures including Executive Recruitment, Asset Management and Capital Advisory. Dean uses his years of experience to help guide and lead team members in achieving their short and long term goals. He is also instrumental in identifying emerging and high growth industry sectors that allow HireResources to continue to diversify its business units for long term success.

Dean holds a B.S. In Operations and Logistics Management from Syracuse University. He resides in Monroe CT with his wife and two children and enjoys skiing, golfing and fishing in his spare time.
